Broken Feed Elbow

After a long weekend of paintballing, my 98 Custom suffered one major setback. The feed elbow broke as I was installing the hopper. As you can see in the picture, the band of metal interlocking the elbow into the front sight broke, therefore preventing the elbow from staying in and upright position. This would have disallowed me to continue, if not for a little old fashioned ingenuity (pictured below).

Gorilla Tape! Or in other words, Duct Tape on steroids.

Luckily, I was able to quickly order a replacement from amazon.

Hopefully it'll arrive by wednesday, in order to test for a possible Co2 leak.

Thanks for reading, and check back throughout the week for a disassembly and cleaning guide.
